As some of you may know, I have a terrible habit of not finishing the blog. I get back home and life sets in and… I just don’t do it. Well, this time I have TWO locations I haven’t done, and that just won’t do. Rather than go into the grisly details of each breakfast and how we got from A to B, this is a photoblog with some of my favourite pictures from Valladolid and Isla Holbox. Enjoy!

Well, that’s it folks. It was a blast! A really special holiday with so many amazing facets. Going from boyfriend to fiance was the main event, but the coconut breaded shrimp was a very close second.
